Heart-Hugs offers free shipping on orders within the United States (including APO addresses)! 

Orders over $65 qualify for free priority shipping. Orders under $65 will be shipped first class or you may choose to upgrade to priority shipping during check out for an added fee (if your order totals over 15 ounces, even if it is under $65, it will also be shipped priority for free). 

Heavy and oversized items may ship UPS Ground instead of USPS priority. Please contact Heart-Hugs if you would like a priority quote for an upcharge. UPS Ground does not ship to P.O. Box addresses so you must provide an alternate address if ordering oversized items.

Please note that certain limited edition and exclusive releases will not qualify for free shipping. 

Heart-Hugs ships worldwide! International shipping charges will be calculated during checkout. Heart-Hugs is not responsible for any customs fees/duty/VAT the shipment may incur. Specific brands, including Tula Baby Carriers, Ju-Ju-Be and DockATot, may not be shipped outside of the United States. Wooden toys and oversized items will also not be shipped internationally. A U.S. shipping address must be provided or your order will be canceled/refunded.  

Heart-Hugs reserves the right to cancel any order without notice. Please contact Heart-Hugs with any questions regarding the availability of upgraded or worldwide shipping for a certain product.

Express shipping is available for an extra fee. Please contact Heart-Hugs at to check on the availability of express shipping and obtain a shipping quote.

In-stock orders will ship within 2 business days (almost always on the same day if order is placed before 12 PM MST). You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped. Preorders will show an estimated shipping time on the order page. This is dependent upon the supplier and is subject to change. Preorders will ship within 2 business days of Heart-Hugs receiving the shipment. We will do our best to have everything out as quickly as possible but shipping time may be delayed during large sales and exclusive stockings due to the volume of orders. Please don't hesitate to contact me with any questions.

Please note that Heart-Hugs is not held responsible if the tracking on your order shows "delivered" but the package has been undelivered or delivered incorrectly. You will need to work with your local post office and law enforcement agency if you believe that a package is lost or stolen. Heart-Hugs will be unable to replace or refund the order under these circumstances.

Heart-Hugs is not responsible for orders with incorrect shipping addresses that are marked as undeliverable, those returned due to failure to pick up at post office, packages marked as "return to sender," etc. If an order is returned to Heart-Hugs, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost for redelivery. If a refund is issued, it will be minus the original actual shipping cost, even if there was a free shipping promotion at the time.
